While we are certain that Patton West is the mother of ten thousand lies, sharing thirty or so should give the reader conclusive evidence that she either criminally insane or a pathological liar who believes no one is going to call her out on her lies.

Con artist and violent convicted criminal, Patton West, has provided us with so much material it is difficult to know where to start. In the end, we decided to start with one of the most well documented of her victims, Dr. Pat Cole MD, who went from being her business partner, to being on the receiving end of a campaign of violent assaults to having her entire net worth extorted from her estimated at $1.3 million. We will number the lies to keep track of how many we are posting.

CONSCIOUS FISCAL MASTERY? ‘Wisdom and Integrity in Service?’ These huge lies would be funny if they were not so serious and part of a massive fraud scam. There can only be two possible explanations for lies this huge. Either Patton West believes her often spouted mantra that, “the truth does not matter if she can convince the public that her lies are their truth.” You can hear her say this in her own voice by going here. Or she is so confident in her ability to crush all dissent with her occult secret weapon that she has thrown all caution to the winds.

Below are some written and audio statements from her ex-employees and ex-students; these would be the ones she referred to in court as being fictitious and fabricated.
1. AJ White statements refers to an $80,000 donation she stole from her charity.
2. This harrowing email, entitled ‘Help Me’ from her ex-office manager Rebecca West (no relation to Devra West) refers to the fact that Patton West spends money like water. The email also explains how Patton West has extorted $700,000 from Dr. Pat Cole MD her business partner, received a ‘donation of $100,000 from senior cult member Julio Williams and how she had duped Geoffrey Reynolds into loaning her $300,000. Finally in the ‘Help Me’ email Rebecca details how the son of a wealthy benefactor, Corinne Coffin, had demanded all the money that Patton West had received from his mother be returned.

2. Fake Life Story / Bio is a Fantasy! If one navigates to the ‘Rishi’ tab on her existing website, one sees this drop down menu.
The ‘Teacher’ and The ‘Mataji’ and The ‘Regent’ are all accolades and tiles given to Patton West by herself. They are just as false as the ‘Fake Testimonials.’ Her entirely false persona does not exist in reality, except in her own delusional mind and the minds of those she can brainwash and condition into accepting her fantasy as a reality. Minds like these below, who were all put to work to fund raise for her latest greatest ‘save the planet’ project. None of the millions raised went anywhere except into her own pocket.

After her charity was struck off for fraud in January 2004, she took those disciples who could afford to commit 66% of their net worth to her, to Shamballa. Shamballa was actually the town of Kalispell, one hundred miles north of the Na Ka’ Shela ashram she was forced to vacate in Victor MT. The Victor MT ashram featured in the photo above, was a real property which was largely paid for out of public donations. When her charity was struck off, she stole the property and put in a trust fund for herself, which a judge in 2008 forced her to sell at a Sheriff’s Sale auction to pay her creditors $2,000,000 in court fines and interest.

After multiple arrest warrants, a conviction for assault, being forced to sell all her assets to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000, after several appearances in court as the defendant in fraud-related lawsuits and after multiple newspapers, the Whitefish Pilot, Bigfork Eagle and Ravalli Republic published damning news articles about her she had to vacate Montana for good. Before reincarnating with a completely new identity , name and fake life story bio, Patton West had one big problem to solve and that was the website belonging to the person she defrauded in 2002, who had turned whistleblower in 2006 and put up a website to counter her lies and propaganda. The attempt to murder Watson, which cult member Reynolds announced to the press in August 2007 failed, however in 2010, they succeeded with Plan ‘B’ orchestrated by Patton West, who was aided and abetted by Reynolds and another cult member, Dr. Julio Williams MD, who put up $2,000,000 to fund the conspiracy. While being deposed and giving a statement in court in 2009, Patton West pled poverty saying she was $2,000,000 in debt. Just as in Montana, Patton West’s websites were full of lies and bullshit about her ‘divinity.’ Apparently under religious freedom laws, con artists can tell as many lies as they want and get away with it, even if it is obvious that the lies are motivated by fraud. As the years go by, now 28 and counting, during which she has perpetrated countless acts of theft, fraud, and extortion, mental and physical abuse and if her ex-husband is to be believed, multiple murders, the titles and accolades get ever more outrageous. Here are some from her current website.

3. Legal Victory – In - the - World - Mastery. If one navigates to ‘Rishi’ tab on her website and then to ‘The Mataji’ tab, one can see a posting that has the image below as its header. We have taken an excerpt of her comments and posted those comments below here on the right.
First of all, Devra West is not a doctor of anything, unless you count the two fake doctorates she told her students that the Christ gave her in person. What the title above should have read is, DEVRA WEST “THE RISHI” BUYS AN INJUNCTION.”
The ‘Legal Victory’ Patton West refers to came about in 2010, two years after Watson was awarded judgment against Patton West for defrauding him in 2002. From 2006 onwards, and to counter Patton West’s lies and propaganda, Watson had a website up containing much of the information you are reading on this website. However, this website contains information about Patton West’s criminality since 2010. Patton West’s criminal racketeering business model relies on the public being ignorant of her past and swallowing the ‘divine being’ lies and propaganda wholesale. In 2008, the year Watson got judgment against Patton West for fraud, she was arrested for criminal check fraud, was found guilty of assaulting her business partner Dr. Pat Cole MD and was forced to sell all her assets at a Sheriff’s Sale to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000 in court fines and interest. Her frequent appearances in court as the defendant in fraud related lawsuits, along with three newspaper articles published by the Whitefish Pilot, Bigfork Eagle and Ravalli Republic, meant that her criminal racketeering business model was dead in the water in Montana. It was dead in the water because no one would believe the lies and propaganda about her being a ‘divine being.’
Patton West had tried to murder Watson in 2007, with senior cult member Geoffrey Reynolds actually announcing Watson’s impending murder to the press on August 9 2007. Unfortunately for them, the murder plot failed, so they had to wait 3 years until 2010 to put Plan ’B’ into effect. Plan ‘B’ involved senior cult member Dr. Julio E Williams MD giving Patton West $2,000,000 to fund multiple frivolous lawsuits against Watson with the multiple objectives of:-
1. Avenging Watson’s ‘legal victory’ in court against her for fraud in 2008 by bankrupting him.
2.Obtain an injunction to force his websites down.
In 2010, when Watson travelled from Nova Scotia on the east coast of Canada to attend court in Montana to see how much the court was going to award him for his ‘legal victory’ against Patton West for defrauding him, she and her stooge Reynolds served him with two frivolous (without merit) defamation lawsuits. After immigrating to Nova Scotia Canada for his own safety (that did not work) and after spending a fortune fighting a lawsuit for 5 years, Watson could not afford to travel backwards and forwards to Montana to defend another two lawsuits for another 5 years. As a result of not turning up to defend Patton West & Reynolds’ lawsuits, they were both given undefended default judgments and awarded $5,000,000 each. In addition, Patton West was granted the injunction she so desperately needed so she could relocate to Arizona and reinvent herself yet again.
Long story short, the ‘LEGAL VICTORY & PERMANENT INJUNCTION’ that Patton West refers to were bought by the $2,000,000 that senior cult / gang member Julio Williams promised to give Patton West in a threatening email he sent to John Watson in January 2007.
As for cult / gang member Geoffrey Reynolds, he could not have been ‘defamed’ by John Watson between 2002 & 2006, as he stated in his false pleadings to the court, because he did not leave California to take up his employment with Patton West until September 2006. This much was obvious from the resume on his own website which can be found by going here. Go to a previous bulletin entitled ‘Gang Members’ to see how Patton West orchestrated the actions of two perfect strangers to take up her vendetta against Watson.

Reynolds pleadings to the court were a photo copy of Patton West’s. Immediately Reynolds lies got him a $5,000,000 judgment the judgment itself was signed over to Patton West.
Long story short, Patton West got her injunction forcing down Watson’s websites. This is what criminals do if they cannot intimidate you or murder you they ‘buy’ the result they want in court by outspending you. However, in order to make the injunction work for them, both Patton West & Williams lied about how it was obtained. Instead of admitting that she, using Williams’ money and Reynolds’ lies, outspent Watson in court and ‘bought’ the injunction, Patton West and Williams maintain that the injunction was granted to her by a judge who had just completed an independent investigation into cyber-crime. This is a criminal gang. It is what criminals do; lie about everything.

Patton West and her stooge Reynolds funded by Williams’ $2,000,000 brought multiple bogus lawsuits against Watson for telling the truth. And when Watson did not show up to defend them, she and Reynolds were awarded summary judgment in the amount they both asked for and Patton West was granted the injunction she sought.

The LEGAL VICTORY & PERMANENT INJUNCTION. In conclusion, Patton West wields her injunction like it is some kind of moral victory and a vindication that she is not a criminal. What the injunction does is prevent whistleblower John Watson, a victim of fraud, attempted murder and criminal conspiracy from telling the truth about Patton West and her criminal past.
Her criminal past has not gone away. Neither has it removed the many LEGAL VICTORIES that some of her victims have obtained against her! Here are some of those ‘LEGAL VICTORIES.’

4. Asserting that Dr. Pat Cole MD was a Nazi (in another lifetime). In a missive sent to her entire mailing list on April 17 2006, just days after assaulting Dr. Pat Cole MD, Patton West admits the assault, admits it was severe but was administered by her with grace. Her letter, entitled ‘The Law of Severity on the Path to Purification,’ is analyzed in detail in the ‘Evidence of Insanity’ & ‘The Crimes’ pages. Below are couple of short excerpts from that missive.

But asserts that the assault was administered with grace. Spoken like a real psychopath.
Patton West did not deny the assault. So no lie there. The first lie comes when she maintains that she is channeling a long dead Ascended Master by the name of El Morya. The second lie comes from the long dead Ascended Master El Morya Patton West, seeking to justify the vicious assault on Dr. Pat Cole MD. El Morya Patton West asserts that Cole was a Nazi in the WWII death camps – in another lifetime! In other words the beating she gave Dr. Pat Cole MD was not only justified but long overdue. A lifetime overdue if we are to believe El Morya Patton West. This is a big, big lie but we’ll count it as one.
5. Patton West denies Assaulting Dr. Pat Cole MD. When When appearing in court on July 12 2007 as a witness for her son, Chris Haywood, in a custody hearing Patton West was asked by counsel for the mother Jamie Haywood about the whistleblower’s website. Counsel referred to the banner on the whistleblower’s website that said, ‘This Woman id Dangerous to your Wealth and your Health.’ Counsel speaking to Patton West said this is talking about you isn’t it? Patton West said “Yes.” In line 15 page 29 of the transcript counsel asked Patton West if she had assaulted Dr. Cole MD to which Patton West replied, “No way No how”. Absolutely Not! In a previous lie starting on line 10 Patton West asserts that Dr. Pat Cole MD embezzled, misappropriated funds and committed fraud. This is a classic case of a sociopath mirroring her own crimes on to her victim. However, as we have a lot of lies to choose from, we’ll just use her denial that she assaulted Cole for the second lie. Below is a short excerpt from the court transcript. 6. Multiple Denials about Assaulting Dr. Pat Cole MD. On April 24 2008, Patton West was found guilty of assaulting Dr. Pat Cole MD. See newspaper article below. Patton West never turned up to the hearing but was allegedly in the Yucatan participating in a documentary on Mayan prophecies. No such documentary ever appeared or aired anywhere.
Patton West immediately posted a statement on her website (see below) denying that she had been found guilty of assault even though she had admitted it to her cult in the letter she sent to her entire mailing list on April 17 2006. Follow this link to view a scan of the court documents.
In the statement above, Patton West states that the court rules to dismiss Cole’s) bogus assault case. Lie number 1. Irregularities perpetrated by Cole to court officials. Lie number 2. Cole’s direct involvement in a conspiracy to entrap and discredit. Lie number 3. Dr. West is not a doctor unless you count the two fake doctorates she maintains that the Christ gave her in person. Lie number 4. Cole’s need to cover up her own financial fraud (In reality Patton West had extorted Cole’s entire net worth from her estimated at $1.3 million) as is made clear in an email entitled ‘Help Me.’. Lie number 5. Dr. Cole’s medical malpractice issues that only Patton West was told. Defaming those who oppose her is standard practice for Patton West. Lie number 6. Patton West alleges that Cole resented that Patton West did not allow Cole to attend a healing training program due to Cole’s lack of morality. Read ‘The Crimes’ page, ‘Evidence of Insanity’ page. It is Patton West who lacks morality and is completely devoid of integrity.
As for not attending a healing training program Senior cult members Geoffrey Reynolds, speaking on behalf of his employer while being interviewed by the Bigfork Eagle newspaper in August 2006, stated that Cole owed Patton West $436,000 for ‘therapy’ and an ‘internship.’
Reynolds claims Cole owes West $753,484 and that colors Cole's allegations. Cole's bills for 2004-2006 totaled $1.3 million, including $250,000 for an "internship" under West and $213,750 in "therapy fees" for eleven months last year. Cole managed to pay West $621,484, but it didn't come easy. At one point, Cole cashed out her IRA and paid West $293,843.
Lie number 7. There are so many lies in this section but we will still count all of them as one!
7. Saying her Business was a Multi-Billion Dollar Enterprise. Let us go back to the transcript of the Court Custody Hearing. As we say at the top of the page you can tell when she is lying her lips are moving! And what is even better is if her lips are moving in court where her lies are being taken down by the court recorder. Her own counsel asks her a leading question obviously to try and give the court the impression that Patton West was a woman of substance and not the head of a cult / criminal racketeering gang who had at the time a website dedicated to her cruelty towards her employees. The leading question was this, “Is it fair to characterize your company as a multi-billion dollar enterprise?” Patton West replies, “Correct.” Below is an excerpt from page 10 of the court transcript.
On August 9 2007, less than one month after her appearance in court on July 12 2007, a second newspaper article was published by the Bigfork Eagle newspaper within which it became clear that Patton West was no billionaire or millionaire. Below is an excerpt from that article.
Out of six businesses mentioned in West's literature, only one remains active and in good standing with the Montana Secretary of State office -- Sacred Environments LLC. Two were never registered -- Divine Unity Foundation and Millennium Mind Institution; two were involuntarily dissolved -- Surya Enterprises Unlimited and Global Guardianship Initiative; and one was involuntarily revoked -- Sacred Archive Institute. Besides being evicted from her Bayside home in Lakeside and bouncing a check for the purchase of the well-known Osprey House on Angel Point, West has a $2,287 lien against her for failing to pay unemployment taxes for her Montana employees.
The Bigfork Eagle news story, the Whitefish Pilot news story and a series of emails from Rebecca West, John Mark Young and Patton West’s estranged daughter in law Jamie Haywood (go to ‘Evidence of Insanity’ page and scroll down.) All make it clear that Patton West was close to bankruptcy for the second time. And yet in court, three weeks earlier she was asserting that her (criminal) business interests were multi-billion dollar concerns.
8. Saying her Employees were Fictitious or Fabricated. For this lie, we will also refer to the court transcript. While appearing in court as a witness for her son on July 12 2007 Patton West was asked about the whistleblower’s website. Counsel, while interviewing Patton West, stated that the person the website was dedicated was her, wasn’t it? And then referred to the names on the website that allege cruelty at the hands of Patton West. To which Patton West stated, “Yes but you should know that they are all fabricated and most are fictitious.” You know when Patton West is lying her lips are moving. Below is an excerpt from the transcript of the custody hearing at which Patton West gave evidence.
The whistleblower has never been a journalist nor has he ever been associated with tabloid publications in London. Like we said above, you know when she is lying her lips are moving! Below are a list of her employees many of whom have given written and audio statements about Patton West’s cruelty. These are the employees that Patton West said were fabricated or fictitious.

9. Denying John Watson was her Business Partner. John Watson, like many before and since was recruited by Patton West as a business consultant in 2002. Watson agreed to carry out the tasks assigned to him, which were setting up a series of non-profit and for profit corporations, in exchange for pay and shares after the project was completed and the third partner put in her $1,000,000 seed capital. However, while working on the projects Watson realized that Patton West was defrauding her charity and stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in public donations. When Watson approached Patton West about this the intention of regularizing matters by separating her finances from the charities Patton West constructively dismissed him without paying him a cent. As with denying the assault on Dr. Pat Cole MD, Patton West immediately posted a statement of denial on her website. Check it out below:-
Above: Devra West claimed that her conviction was a ‘technical error.’ She states that lawsuits have been filed against Watson for his many his many threats and criminal acts against Dr. West and her family. She also states that there was no business contact between herself and John Watson. She goes on to claim that she is not going to enable an extortion scam by John Watson when in reality the courts ruled that she had defrauded him!
Firstly, there was no ‘technical’ error the judgment handed down by the court was clear. As with all psychotic criminals, or in Patton West’s case those who are criminally insane, the perpetrator ‘mirrors’ her crimes on to the victim. In this way, the threats attributed to coming from the victim, in this case Watson, were in fact Patton West’s threats against Watson. The first set of threats were delivered by her in a meeting with Watson in March 2003. The second threat was issued by her proxy, Geoffrey Reynolds in August 2007, when he announced that Watson would be dead within 12 months or in jail for reacting to what Patton West was going to do to his wife and children. You can learn a lot about a person by listening to what they have to say and how they say it when they think they are not being watched or recorded. The following these links are excerpts from Watson’s meeting with Patton West in March 2003.
1. West agrees she has defrauded John Watson but does not see herself paying him!
5. The truth does not matter (if she can convince the public that her lies are their truth).
In item (5) above, Patton West tells Watson that the truth does not matter if she can convince the members of her cult and the public that her lies are their truth (see the red banners on this webpage). So when publishing the denials in the statement above on her website she knew she was lying but expected everyone to believe her! The statement that there was no business contact between Dr. West and Watson was the biggest lie as is borne out by the following letter from Patton West’s husband to the immigration and Naturalisation Service (INS).
Why would John Watson be signing a personal guaranteewith Patton West if he was not a shareholder? Why would Patton West write to her lawyer Mr. Tabarrachiasking him to dissolve all the business details between her and Watson if there were none? Then there were the business cards and stationery that the Cactus Design agency in Colorado were working on for all three shareholders Watson, Patton West and Corinne Coffin (see below).

Patton West’s criminal racketeering business model only works if the public and the members of her cult believe the ‘divine being’ bullshit. So any whiff of scandal or truth getting out about her cruelty, violence and criminality must be countered with lies and propaganda and there was plenty of that going up on Patton West’s website. The following three statements are just a small sample. The first entitled ‘Be Informed Know the Truth’ was one example and ‘Watson’s Extortion Conspiracy Unravels’ was another. Then there was the lengthy statement from Patton West’s husband Jack West entitled, ‘Statement for Dr. Devra West, Surya Ma.’ The first thing to get out of the way is that Devra West is not a doctor of anything unless one is counting the two fake doctorates she told one student the Christ had awarded her in person. One of the statements that Jack West makes is as follows, “She remains as utterly free of wrongdoing and as ethically virtuous as any human being can be.” End quote!
10. Manufacturing False Witness Statements. As part of carrying out her threat to get down and f*cking dirty if Watson sued her, Patton West forced each of her employees to manufacture totally false witness statements that she intended to use against him in court. One of Patton West’s employees forced to manufacture a false statement was Anandra George. Anandra wrote to the whistleblower’s lawyer after leaving the cult to formally withdraw her false statement against him. Here is a copy of her email.
11. Lies About the Circumstances of Watson’s Departure. Patton West’s personal secretary of 4 years, Barbara Costantino made it very clear that after Watson’s departure, Patton West began to lie about the circumstances of his departure and the nature of his departure.

12. False Pleadings to Court to ‘Extort’ $5,000,000. After being defrauded by Patton West in 2002, John Watson faced a barrage of ‘dirty tricks’ from Patton West including multiple defamations of him by her and her proxies from her website, false witnesses from her cult so to counter the propaganda Watson turned whistleblower in 2006 and put up his own website. In 2007, after receiving a steady stream of emails from employees trapped inside Patton West’s cult, Watson decided to share his research with a local newspaper. On July 12 2007, the Whitefish Pilot published a lengthy story about the crimes being committed by Patton West leading with her assault on Dr. Pat Cole MD. The publicity effectively killed Patton West’s criminal racketeering business in Montana. Clearly, Patton West had decided to solve the problem by murdering Watson as on 9 August 2007, while being interviewed by the Bigfork Eagle newspaper, senior cult member Geoffrey Reynolds announced Watson’s impending murder.
In what Reynolds thought was an ‘off the record’, conversation with the reporter he announced that Watson would be dead within 12 months or in jail for reacting to what Patton West was going to do to him and his wife and children. Shortly after making this statement Patton West made a credible but failed attempt to murder Watson. This matter is dealt with in more detail on ‘The Secret Weapon’ page on this web site and in a previous bulletin which can be found by going here. Patton West had to wait three years before she could put Plan ‘B’ into operation, which required two of the senior members of her cult / criminal gang to play their parts. The criminal conspiracy had two objectives a) to avenge Patton West’s public humiliation and b) and more importantly force down his websites. Without thousands of documents on the internet which showed Patton West to be a con artist and violent convicted criminal, she could resurrect her multi-million dollar a year criminal racketeering business model in Arizona.

In January 2007, when it looked like Watson’s lawsuit against Patton West was going to be successful, senior cult members Dr. Julio Williams MD wrote and expletive laden threatening email to Watson in which he promised to make $2,000,000 available to Patton West for her legal expenses. Below is an excerpt of the expletive laden threatening email which was an obvious attempt at intimidating Watson into withdrawing his lawsuit against Patton West.

The threat did not stop Watson winning his fraud lawsuit against Patton West in 2008. Clearly, that money was made available to Patton West just as Williams promised it would be. In October, Watson travelled from Nova Scotia Canada to attend court in Montana to see what the court was going to award him getting judgment against Patton West for fraud. Upon entering the court, Watson was served with two identical lawsuits by both Patton West and Reynolds. The truth is an absolute defense against defamation but only if you have the funds to travel to court and pay lawyers to present the truth to the court. After fighting an expensive lawsuit for 5 plus years and after immigrating abroad in 2005 for his own safety Watson did not have the funds to either make repeated journeys to the US or pay lawyers for another 5 years. After Watson failed to turn up in Montana to defend Patton West’s and Reynolds’ lies both Patton West and her ‘liar for hire’ Reynolds were each granted default (non-defended) judgments and awarded $5,000,000 each by the court.
Now we get to the $5,000,000 lie, which was delivered by senior cult member Geoffrey Reynolds, but clearly orchestrated by con artist and violent convicted criminal Patton West.

Consultant, Geoffrey L. Reynolds, CPA, 2003 to 2006. Established financial management consultancy. Provided fund raising and management advice for various publications and movie productions. Services also included tax and estate planning, forensic accounting, and developing / implementing accounting and computer systems.
The above entry copied from his own website shows that he did not start his employment with Patton West in Montana until 2006. Other evidence shows that Reynolds’ employment start date with Patton West was September 2006. That being the case, how come Geoffrey Reynolds photo copied Patton West’s pleadings to the court and asserted that he too had been defamed by Watson between 2002 & 2006? In this way, Patton West was granted summary judgment against Watson by the same judge that had earlier issued an arrest warrant against Patton West for criminal check fraud!

In conclusion, Dr. Julio Williams MD and Geoffrey Reynolds played leading roles in the conspiracy orchestrated by Patton West against Watson. Reynolds’ lies netted Patton West an additional $5,000,000 civil judgment against Watson which Reynolds immediately signed over to Patton West. See ‘The Crimes’ page for more details.
13. Fraudulently Misrepresenting Someone Else’s Property as Her Own. This lie neatly dovetails with lie four, which was all about Patton West projecting herself to the public as a multi-millionaire successful mover and shaker. In lie 4, we deal with Patton West’s false assertion that her business interest were multi-billion dollar concerns. Here we will give an example of another lie that she was pretreating in Montana as part of the totally false persona she projected to the public as part of her criminal racketeering business model.

Right: As you can see from the common color Dr. Julio Williams’ statement was posted on Devra West’s website at exactly the same time Devra West was fraudulently using images of someone else’s property. Dr. Julio Williams must have known about this but as a senior member of the cult went along with it.
The July 12 2007, Whitefish Pilot newspaper article referred to the fact that Devra Patton West was fraudulently misrepresenting a multi-million dollar lakefront property as belonging to her, as part of the illusion that she was a wealthy business woman and not a con artist. Robert & Tabby Ivy, when interviewed by the Whitefish Pilot newspaper, made the following statement.
A third Lakeside property -- the well-known Osprey House on Angel Point, owned by Robert and Tabby Ivy -- is promoted in the Surya Ma Enterprise brochure as the "Surya Devi VIP Retreat Spa." Tabby Ivy refutes that claim. "Devra consistently misrepresents her involvement with our house, erroneously saying she has an offer on it, but we have had no formal offer nor accepted any from her," she said. "After I saw our house in her brochure, I walked into her office and said, 'I don't want my house on any of your marketing materials.' For two years, she claimed she was going to buy our home. She wrote a bad check for several million dollars to the Realtor, and that was our experience with her."
The totally fake persona that Patton West was projecting in Montana in the 2006 to 2009 timeframe, was for the most part ‘photoshopped’ into existence as part of the massive fraud committed against the community she was embedded within then.

The truth about Patton West’s business empire was spelt out in the Whitefish Pilot and Bigfork Eagle newspapers, whose articles were published in the summer of 2007 when Patton West’s website was posted. In ‘Lie 4.’ Above, we learn that in court on July 12 2007, pathological liar Patton West described her business interest as being multi-billion dollar affairs. Below is an excerpt from the Bigfork Eagle newspaper which put Patton West’s business empire in perspective.
Out of six businesses mentioned in West's literature, only one remains active and in good standing with the Montana Secretary of State office -- Sacred Environments LLC. Two were never registered -- Divine Unity Foundation and Millennium Mind Institution; two were involuntarily dissolved -- Surya Enterprises Unlimited and Global Guardianship Initiative; and one was involuntarily revoked -- Sacred Archive Institute.
Besides being evicted from her Bayside home in Lakeside and bouncing a check for the purchase of the well-known Osprey House on Angel Point, West has a $2,287 lien against her for failing to pay unemployment taxes for her Montana employees.
To come to the point, for over two years Patton West fraudulently used images of Robert & Tabby Ivy’s multi-million dollar lakeside home as the location of her ‘Surya Devi VIP Retreat Spa’ which did not exist in reality.

14. Moving from the 5th Dimension to the 7th Dimension. In January 2004, Patton West’s charity ‘The Circle of Divine Unity,’ was struck off the Montana charity register after it was found out that Patton West was using the charity as her own personal bank account. Having lost her ashram, and facing bankruptcy for the second time, Patton West was forced to move away from the Victor MT property she had stolen and put in a trust fund for herself. Patton West was never going to admit her crimes or her financial difficulties to the brainwashed and conditioned members of her cult, as to do so, would admit that she was a common criminal. Instead, Patton West sent out a letter to her entire mailing list asserting that the pain caused at the time (see paragraphs 1 & 2) was not due to her personal problems, but to her transition from the 5th dimension to the 7th dimension (see paragraph 4). In another missive sent out shortly after the one above, Patton West talked about how she needed to move away from the lower vibrations at Victor MT (the location of her ashram until the charity was struck off for fraud). She stated that she had found a new location with more refined vibrations that she labelled ‘Shamballa.’
She went on to say in her letter that, because of the refined vibrations at Shamballa (which was near Kalispell MT 100 miles north of Victor MT) she could only take 12 disciples with her, and only those who would be prepared to commit 66% of their net worth to her good causes. Shortly after moving to Shamballa, the 7th dimensional being Patton West, became the subject of two arrest warrants, one for criminal check fraud and one for felony theft. She was convicted of assaulting her business partner (while successfully extorting $1.3 million from her). Was forced to sell her assets at a Sheriff’s Sale to pay past victims of crime $2,000,000 in court fines and interest, and was the defendant in several fraud related lawsuits. 15. Holding Open the Gates of Time. Patton West alleges she is, “holding open the gates of time.” The following was part of a lengthy posting on her Montana website circa 2007 entitled ‘Universal Teachings of Wisdom.’ You can review the whole document by going here.

16. Denies She Assaulted Beatrice McGuire. In 2002, Patton West convened a meeting with her ‘students’ in Montreal. During the meeting one of the students, Beatrice McGuire, challenged Patton West about an obvious lie in front of the entire audience. Patton West responded by viciously assaulting Beatrice and in the process partially detaching part of her ear from her head. This happened in front of tens of witnesses. After getting a lawyer’s letter from the victim Patton West paid for Beatrice McGuire to have plastic surgery to repair the damage. Another student Debra Coffey was present at the time and witnessed the attack below here is an excerpt of what Debra had to say. You can read her statement in full by going here.
I was present in Montreal in which Ms. West tore a woman’s ear. The woman was kneeling in front of Ms. West and had quietly challenged her authority. Ms. West reacted physically. She grabbed her hair on both sides of her face and shook her and told her to leave. I learned later that the woman was injured. Evidently the woman’s ear had been grabbed too and then torn. She underwent reconstructive surgery for the injury.
In a letter that Patton West wrote to Beatrice McGuire upon returning to Montana, Patton West had already distanced herself from the attack. Below is an excerpt from Patton West’s letter to Beatrice McGuire.
While I cannot share in many of your perceptions and assumptions, I do share in your pain as a human being and the trauma that has been so difficult for you. While I witnessed and experienced something very different in nature than what you expressed, I wish to take full responsibility for any and all problems that take place in the domain of my retreats and classes. Despite the difference in viewpoint, all of us in the Divine Unity family support you in your healing process and offer you the financial sum that you have requested with love and compassion.
This is not merely a legal decision to quell a dispute, but rather it is an offering of the heart. May all confusion and trauma be lifted from your spirit. May we all take from this experience lessons of faith and move on as better human beings for having worked through a difficult experience. Our deepest apologies are offered for any and all responsibility that belongs to us and I trust that you will choose the same approach to self-responsibility in your own life. All experiences are a mirror of our selves, if we are wise and accept the reflection. May you be blessed in all things, and all undertakings and be well of body, mind, heart and spirit.

In March 2003 John Watson, who had been defrauded by Patton West in August 2002, decided to sue Patton West for fraud a lawsuit he won in 2008. For details about this please go to the ‘Crimes Page’ on this website. Immediately after Watson’s announcement, Patton West demanded a private meeting with Watson on his property. Fearing some kind of stunt, Watson hid a digital tape recorder and recorded their exchanges. During their 46 minute meeting, Patton West made the following two statements:-
1. She admitted defrauding Watson but did not see herself writing out a check for what she owed him.
2. When Watson challenged Patton West about her assault upon Beatrice McGuire Patton West denied the assault and stated that Beatrice McGuire was mentally ill.
You can listen to Patton West actually say these things by following the links above. In closing on this point, Patton West repeatedly mirrors her crimes on to her victims. A few years later, when Watson was about to win his lawsuit against Patton West for defrauding him, she repeatedly defamed him via postings on her website. Below is one accusing Watson of being mentally ill for suing her for fraud.
Of course everything she said was a pack of lies, not least her statements about health care professionals as Watson had recently arrived in the USA from the UK and all of his medical records remained there. Patton West has never let the FACTS get in the way of her lies and propaganda.

17. The Christ Awarded Her Two Doctorates in Person. Patton West alleges that her two fake doctorates PhD & D.D. were awarded to her by the Christ in person. Apparently, this is what she told some of her students according to an ex-student who chose not to be named and wrote to the whistleblower in 2007. The same student wrote about Patton West’s deteriorating mental health.
In 2003, the whistleblower’s lawyer Jennifer Lint deposed Patton West and asked her a number of questions, including about her education. When asked to produce copies of her degrees Patton West stated that they were lost in a flood in New Mexico. There is zero evidence that Patton West’s education went beyond high school.

19. Patton West Says She an Enlightened Being. Below is an excerpt from a statement of fact submitted by employee, Carlida Finch, as part of her submission to the labor board to have Patton West’s place of employment designated as a ‘hostile working environment.’ In the left hand portion of the statement, Carlida refers to the fact that she heard Patton West describe herself as an “enlightened being.” Apparently, Patton West said she did not care if she killed Dr. Pat Cole MD because as an “enlightened being” she could as easily live in a prison cell as in a $6,000,000 mansion. Being criminally insane, Patton West does not understand that ‘enlightened beings’ do not commit murder they think all life is precious.

20. Patton West Lies About Her Finances. As the transcript of 2009 deposition statement shows, Patton West repeatedly alleged she was penniless, $2,000,000 in debt with her life style being funded by senior cult member Geoffrey Reynolds CPA and his wife.

Patton West’s and Reynolds’ lawsuits were probably funded by senior cult member Dr. Julio Williams MD. In January 2007, in the threatening email Williams sent to the whistleblower, he had promised to provide Patton West with $2,000,000 for her defense fund so that she could out spend her less well-heeled victim in court. Which is exactly what happened.
